These Terms & Conditions, outline the T&C’s for our Christmas Club 2024.

Christmas Club Terms & Conditions

• 1. Deposit: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your infrared sauna under the Christmas Club offer. The deposit guarantees your chosen sauna model and locks in the price until Christmas.

  2. Payment Plan: You can pay off the remaining balance at your convenience, in installments, before December 25th. Full payment must be received before installation is scheduled.

  3. Installation: Your sauna will be installed only once the total balance has been paid in full. Installation dates are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling as early as possible to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery.

  4. Non-Refundable: Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable (if your payment plan extends beyond 25th December, we will still ensure your sauna is secure. Install will not be completed until full payment is received.  

  5. Changes & Cancellations: Any changes to your order (e.g., model upgrades) must be requested before the balance is fully paid. Cancellations or failure to complete payment will result in the loss of your deposit.

  6. Limited Availability: The Christmas Club offer is subject to stock availability. We recommend placing your deposit early to secure your preferred model.

  7. Final Payment: All payments must be completed before the agreed installation date to ensure timely delivery.
